WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As Partner Go-To-Consumer (PGTC) Team, we serve our Nike Marketplace through industry leading commercial experiences and services for our Nike Marketplace Partners (NMP), our Partner Management teams, and our consumers. We drive growth and Nike market share through our Consumer Fields of Play product categories as a super-charged engine with elevated retail concepts, communication and through our digital wholesale platform: Nike.net.
We’re looking for a PGTC Nike.net Analytics Specialist to join our Nike.net team in PGTC NMP EMEA where you will lead, stakeholder internal support and lead platform optimization projects as one of the B2B wholesale ecommerce platform voices for EMEA. In this role, you will be based at our European HQ in Hilversum, Netherlands.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON 

•    Data Reporting & Visualization Support PGTC leaders and Nike.net teams by delivering insightful reporting, data interpretation, and tailored visualizations to guide strategic and operational decisions.

•    Data Environment Development Collaborate with Global and GEO teams to evolve the analytics ecosystem within the Partners space, identifying gaps and driving improvements in data structures and usability.

•    Automation & Process Improvement Streamline reporting workflows through automation tools and refined data pipelines. Reduce manual effort while increasing data reliability and timeliness.

•    KPI Design & Benchmarking Define key performance indicators and develop benchmark reporting to monitor seasonal and long-term trends across Nike.net and partner activities.

•    Tool & Platform Evaluation Identify, assess, and implement new data visualization tools or reporting platforms to improve user experience and analytical capabilities.

•    Strategic Storytelling Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives that support executive decision-making and showcase business value.

•    Contribute to overall PGTC strategy and coordinating and leading critical projects in collaboration with other PGTC teams.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH 
In this role, you will be part of the PGTC EMEA Leadership Team reporting to the Nike.net Platform & Analytics Manager in Partner Go-To-Consumer EMEA. You will partner with other Nike.net specialists, content specialists, cross-functional stakeholders, Global PGTC Project Managers and Business Operations teams in WHQ.

WHAT YOU BRING 
•    Proven experience in Analytics or Data driven role, including experience in using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Advanced Excel. Experience using SQL, Power Query or Python is a plus.
•    Experience with technical environments, previously worked at a Saas or with product support teams. Quick learning and good understanding of complex tools.
•    Strong experience with project management and prioritization, particularly in a highly matrixed environment with competing cross-functional priorities.
•    Preferred commercial mind-set and proven experience in Ecommerce & UX. Having previously worked in a B2B environment is a plus.
•    Ability to work with high degree of independence while managing upward communication to leadership teams and management.
•    Strong communication skills. Vast experience in collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and good stakeholder management skills.
•    Proven experience in leading projects, taking initiative and proactive work.
•    Excellent oral/written communication skills in English.

Deze test neemt ongeveer 10-20 minuten in beslag.
