WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Enablement team develops the strategies,
processes, tools, and experiences that help Nike hire, develop, and retain world-class
talent. In this role, you will partner across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Global
Process Ownership, HR Technology, and TA and TM leadership teams to translate talent
priorities into scalable solutions, intuitive experiences, and clear executive narratives.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a strategic enablement lead who can define complex problems,
translate strategy into action, and design practical solutions that improve how teams work.
This person combines systems thinking, strong execution, user-centered design, and
executive storytelling. They are skilled at gathering diverse business needs, creating
alignment across partners, and converting priorities into scalable processes, tools, digital
experiences, and resources.

The ideal candidate can synthesize complex and sometimes competing information,
identify the decisions leaders need to make, and communicate clear recommendations at
the appropriate altitude. They can move between executive strategy, portfolio planning,
process and experience design, technology enablement, and change adoption while
maintaining a focus on simplicity, consistency, and measurable value.

They are energized by improving how Talent Acquisition and Talent Management work
together and by building the processes, tools, and capabilities needed to support the
future of talent.

  • 6+ years of experience in enablement, program or portfolio management, change management, organization development, HR transformation, product management, operations, communications, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organization Development, or a related field, or any suitable combination of education experience, and training.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and develop concise strategies, recommendations, and executive-level narratives that support understanding and decision-making.
  • Experience building executive communications, frameworks, strategies, and scalable enablement solutions.
  • Experience gathering, synthesizing, and prioritizing business requirements and translating them into process, technology, or user-experience solutions.
  • Strong portfolio-management capabilities, including roadmap development prioritization, governance, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams and functions.
  • Experience designing user-centered digital resources or experiences using platforms such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Figma, Airtable, Duda, or comparable technologies.

Preferred

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR strategy, HR portfolio, HR Change Management or another HR discipline.
  • Experience working in a complex, global, matrixed organization.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help shape how Talent Acquisition and Talent Management plan, prioritize, and
deliver work. You will translate talent priorities into integrated roadmaps, scalable
processes, intuitive digital experiences, and clear executive communications that enable
teams to make decisions and accelerate impact across the talent ecosystem.

  • Design and continuously improve scalable TA and TM processes, tools, and experiences that help recruiters, hiring managers, TMBLs, talent leaders, and HR partners enable talent practices consistently and effectively.
  • Partner across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Global Process Ownership, HR Technology, and TA and TM leadership teams to define business needs, align stakeholders, and drive the design, readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement of new programs, tools, and capabilities.
  • Translate TA and TM strategies and TM portfolios into clear roadmaps, recommendations, and readiness materials that create visibility and drive alignment and action.
  • Create and maintain centralized resources, templates, playbooks, and self-service tools that improve consistency, clarity, and operational excellence across global teams.
  • Synthesize complex processes, programs, and talent strategies into concise executive narratives that clarify purpose, surface key insights and implications, and support informed decisions.
  • Lead or support priority TA and TM initiatives, which may include playbook evolution, interview and assessment process redesign, skills-based talent practices, EVP enablement, talent technology implementation, and TM portfolio governance.
  • Design and build digital enablement experiences using platforms such as SharePoint, Figma, Airtable, Duda, and smartsheet tools to scale communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and implement readiness strategies that enable talent teams to navigate change, adopt new capabilities, and embed new ways of working.
  • Define success measures and use stakeholder feedback, adoption indicators, and business outcomes to evaluate solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
