WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Senior Manager, People Process Delivery, Tier II leads the EMEA team responsible for the operational delivery and administration of Compensation, Benefits and Time Off programs. The team serves as the operational bridge between Total Rewards strategy and employee experience, ensuring programs are implemented accurately, compliantly, and efficiently across the region.

This role manages a team of professionals and reports to the Director, Global Process Delivery, EMEA. The Senior Manager partners closely with Total Rewards Centers of Excellence, Global Process Delivery teams, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Data Management, People Solutions Advisory, Business HR, and external vendors to deliver seamless end-to-end program administration. The role plays a critical part in ensuring operational readiness for recurring compensation and benefits cycles, driving continuous improvement, maintaining service excellence, and translating program design into scalable and sustainable operations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Manager, People Process Delivery, Tier II is an experienced operations leader who combines deep Compensation and Benefits administration expertise with strong people leadership and operational excellence capabilities. This leader is responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and scalable delivery of compensation and benefits programs across EMEA, translating program design into exceptional employee experiences and operational execution.

This leader demonstrates strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for developing high-performing teams while creating sustainable and scalable operating models.

The right candidate brings:

  • HR shared services or operations experience, including significant Compensation and Benefits administration experience.
  • Experience leading managers, supervisors, and/or professional teams.
  • Deep understanding of compensation cycles, incentive administration, salary review processes, benefits operations, vendor management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience operationalizing new compensation and benefits programs from design through execution.
  • Proven ability to manage operational risk, controls, audit requirements, and compliance obligations.
  • Experience leading large-scale process improvement, automation, and service transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging KPIs, SLAs, case data, and employee feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and holding partners accountable to service, quality, and contractual commitments.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise working in Workday, ServiceNow, and related HR technology ecosystems (preferred).

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the team responsible for operational delivery of Compensation and Benefits programs across EMEA, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient administration while continuously improving the employee experience. You will oversee a team responsible for recurring program execution, operational governance, vendor performance, and process excellence while partnering closely with Total Rewards COEs and People Solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits programs across EMEA, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and service quality.
  • Own the operational execution of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, incentive payments, market adjustments, and other recurring compensation programs.
  • Oversee delivery of recurring benefits programs, vendor administration, enrollment activities, and ongoing program operations while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
  • Partner with Total Rewards COEs to operationalize new programs, program changes, and strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Establish and monitor operational controls, service level agreements, key performance indicators, and quality standards to mitigate risk and improve performance.
  • Lead vendor governance, performance management, and service reviews to ensure contractual commitments, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive process optimization, automation, and simplification initiatives that improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Accountable for operational governance, controls, and audit readiness for all compensation and benefits administration activities, ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure operational readiness for regulatory, legislative, and program changes across EMEA, translating requirements into compliant processes and execution plans.
  • Leverage case data, operational metrics, employee feedback, and business insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend enhancements to programs and delivery models.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
