Who You’ll Work With
This role sits within Nike's EMEA Learning & Development (L&D), a team that strengthens teammate and leadership capability across the enterprise. Reporting to the EMEA Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will partner closely with Global L&D, including Program Design, Facilitation and Learning Operations, as well as EMEA HR, People Solutions, business leaders, Workday Learning partners, event planning teams and external vendors. Together, you will ensure learning solutions are strategically aligned, operationally ready and delivered with excellence.
This role serves as a connector across strategy, design, facilitation, and execution, ensuring learning experiences are cohesive, scalable and grounded in Nike's culture.

Who We’re Looking For
The Senior Specialist closely partners regularly with Global L&D teammates including Program Owners, Global Facilitation, Global Operations and Peers.

The Senior Specialist leads on the design, execution, and facilitation of enterprise learning programs that energize careers, strengthen leadership capability, and amplify Nike’s culture. We’re looking for someone who thrives in both strategy and delivery and who is equally comfortable owning complex programs end‑to‑end and facilitating meaningful learning moments with senior audiences.

The ideal individual brings strong ownership, executive presence, and a learner‑first mindset. You enjoy navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and building trusted partnerships across geographies. You can read a room, create brave spaces for reflection, and pivot in real time, while also ensuring operational precision behind the scenes. You apply adult learning principles, model inclusivity, and use data and insight to continuously improve learning impact.

Required qualifications include:

  • Solid experience across learning operations, facilitation, leadership development, instructional design, or related L&D roles
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating corporate learning experiences, including director‑level and senior‑leader audiences
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex learning initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
  • Strong attention to detail, follow‑through, and operational excellence
  • Confidence using learning systems and tools such as Workday Learning, Zoom Webinars, and enterprise communication platforms
  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence across functions and cultures
  • Global mindset with an understanding of how learning lands across regions and environments
  • Experience across first-line and corporate audiences is preferable

What You’ll Work On
You will bring Nike’s learning and leadership development strategy to life, ensuring programs are thoughtfully designed, operationally sound, and powerfully delivered. Your work spans strategy, program ownership, facilitation, and execution, with a focus on delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience for learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic & Programme Leadership

  • Serve as the EMEA programme owner for core learning and leadership development programmes, ensuring alignment with teammate and leadership capability priorities
  • Shape, adapt and evolve learning solutions within an established enterprise portfolio to meet regional audience and business needs
  • Partner cross-functionally across HR, People Solutions, centres of excellence and business leadership to identify learning needs and deliver integrated solutions
  • Lead programme planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, issue resolution, budgets and delivery milestones across assigned initiatives
  • Use business context, learner insight and delivery data to influence programme and portfolio decisions

Facilitation & Learning Delivery

  • Facilitate enterprise leadership programs, senior‑level development experiences, and complex learning sessions across regions
  • Create engaging, inclusive learning environments that encourage reflection, connection, and action
  • Adapt facilitation style in real time to meet the needs of diverse senior audiences and leadership contexts
  • Collaborate with peer facilitators and program designers to maintain consistency and excellence across delivery
  • Coach and support less experienced facilitators when appropriate

Operations & Execution

  • Execute end‑to‑end learning program logistics, including scheduling, communications, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
  • Drive operational readiness by partnering closely with design and facilitation teams
  • Act as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day program operations and delivery
  • Maintain learning calendars, operational milestones, and key program data
  • Produce, validate, and distribute reports (e.g., attendance, forecasting, feedback insights) to inform decisions
  • Manage courses, assignments, and reporting in Workday Learning

Continuous Improvement & Impact

  • Use participant feedback, learning metrics, and data to continuously improve learning solutions
  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning methods and elevate the participant experience
  • Optimize spend and evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of program and budget decisions
  • Build and sustain strong internal and external networks within the learning and development community.

Application deadline: October 21, 2026.
