WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role is part of the Nike Direct Operations team and reports to the Pricing Operations Manager. The specialist partners closely with Retail Operations, Retail Moments, Merchandising, Planning, Merchandising Operations, Platform Operations and Technology teams supporting Nike Direct store and digital channels across EMEA.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and tech-savvy operations professional with an analytical mindset and a strong sense of ownership. They are curious, structured and comfortable examining end-to-end processes to identify risks and opportunities. They can understand complex topics, translate data into practical insights and communicate clearly with stakeholders from different functions and backgrounds. They work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remain engaged under pressure and adapt their priorities as business needs evolve. A successful candidate combines operational discipline with sound problem-solving skills and is motivated to improve tools, dashboards and ways of working while consistently focusing on pricing accuracy and the consumer experience. 

  • Proven experience in operations or a related field. 
  • Advanced Excel capability and the ability to learn new tools quickly; familiarity with Airtable is an advantage. 
  • Solid understanding of pricing concepts, operational systems and how data flows between systems. 
  • Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills, with the ability to tailor messages and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high ownership and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will drive accurate pricing execution and readiness across Nike Direct store and Digital channels in EMEA. You will coordinate seasonal and seasonless pricing activities, validate system outcomes, resolve operational issues and turn recurring challenges into sustainable process, tool and capability improvements. 

  • Own pricing execution and validation, ensuring pricing, markdowns and store promotions are set up and flow accurately through operational systems. 
  • Support store and Digital channels with seasonal and seasonless projects, processes and pricing-readiness activities. 
  • Resolve daily pricing issues, assess business impact and generate insights that support long-term solutions. 
  • Coordinate high-impact issue resolution and root-cause analysis across business, operations and technology stakeholders. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and dashboards, and support the rollout of new capabilities. 
  • Maintain seasonal pricing calendars, process documentation and project trackers so teams have accurate and current information.
