Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an organizational change agent who can turn emerging AI capabilities into practical business impact. You will use AI First and AI Native approaches to solve enterprise business opportunities, bringing together process excellence, employee experience and AI-enabled transformation to make how we serve consumers more effective and efficient. Your work will create organizational capacity, improve the teammate experience, support better decision-making and increase speed to impact across the business.

You are comfortable designing organizational change solutions, redesigning workflows, training teams, coaching leaders through change and partnering with business and technology teams to scale solutions. Most importantly, you see AI as an opportunity to transform the business so our teammates can focus on what they do best.

  • Applied understanding of generative AI, AI First and AI Native methods, and AI-enabled productivity tools, with experience converting human-designed workflow automation into AI First agentic workflows that deliver business results
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change
  • Ability to reimagine processes, improve ways of working and drive adoption; experience with process improvement methods (Six Sigma, Lean, Service Design, Human-Centered Design) is a plus
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence and business case skills
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, data protection and governance principles
  • Change management experience or certification (Prosci or equivalent) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

What You’ll Work On

Converse believes AI will reshape how work gets done. You will help lead that shift by building the mindsets, workflows and behaviors that help teams move faster, make better decisions and create more value at scale.

  • Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases across functions
  • Develop roadmaps, business cases and adoption plans that deliver measurable impact faster
  • Build and maintain alignment, using scorecards to track and share progress
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, helping teams redesign workflows and use AI and automation to remove low-value work, freeing capacity for high-value work: strategy, creativity and agency
  • Build leader and teammate capability through training, coaching, tools and hands-on enablement
  • Expand AI champions networks, tapping into expertise and experience across the business
  • Partner with HR, Technology and Legal to enable responsible AI use
  • Track value through capacity created, time saved, adoption and business outcomes
  • Contribute to other enterprise strategic initiatives as needed
