Role Overview:
Support Geo seasonal product adoption and adopt consumer right assortments for the Nike direct stores, leveraging historical data, analytics and real-time market feedback into the future season while winning today.
Key Accountabilities:
In SEASON:
- Adopt the marketplace seasonal product plans by door level to support a distinctive assortment with speed and responsiveness.
- Connect with planning and Nike stores managers on in-season product assortment allocation and performance tracking
- Track geo product lifecycle at door level to move at the pace of sports in retail, balancing newness and consistency across the sport assortment framework
FUTURE SEASON:
- Amplify sport intent in retail, work with SBD team/ND Merch on future season assortment feedback and insights with retail perspective to fulfil Nike direct product needs, With Intelligence on product opportunities from Nike direct stores
- Manage assortment planning in depth of door level during the seasonal process and gather insights from and support optimal trading of in-market seasons
- Create vision and plan for growth, working with cross-functional partners to unlock opportunities and drive the business
Key Deliverables:
- Read and react to in season analytics and identify opportunities to indoor level adapt current business and inform future assortments, merchandising strategies and strategic initiatives driven by member mindsets
- Partner with Nike store managers & x-function stakeholders to get after product opportunities to serve GC consumer needs.
- Ensure indoor assortments support financial targets in partnership with Planning and Analytics.
- Deliver and participate in the key code gates and for indoor level assortments execution.
