Role Overview:

Support leaders with the ability to execute Strategic Initiatives, establish Operational efficiency with specific focus on building operational management and decision recommendations in line with short- and long-term business goals.

Key Accountabilities:

QUARTERLY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:

  • Manage leadership team engagement & collaboration seasonal planning process:
    • Manage staff meeting agendas
    • Manage agenda and support offsite facilitation
    • Support leader in broader team engagement (all-hands, newsletters, comms, etc.)
  • Manage Store performance reporting:
    • Weekly store reports
    • Ad-hoc stores to HQ information / input requests

LONG-TERM STRATEGIC PLANNING:

  • Lead the team through CSR & AOP strategic planning.
    • NDS CSR/AOP & input into ND CSR/AOP
    • Collaboration with ND Ops teams
    • Collaboration/alignment externally with stores on shared strategy
  • Accelerate & activate the strategy. For example:
    • Team operating model/ways of working
    • Future product/consumer opportunity evaluation
    • Future retail experience opportunity evaluation
  • Develop & align strategy-focused top-to-top agendas/content:
    • Align topics, presenters, & agendas
    • Develop strategy-focused content
    • Engage with external counterparts to execute critical follow on workstreams

Cross sales priority champion:

  • Lead a Cross ND stores Project/Strategic Priority
    • Represent and lead in identified body of work
    • Feed into Retail Op Model
    • Collaboration as needed
    • Alignment on internal and external opportunities
  • Strategic Areas of Focus
    • Win on the Ground
    • Retail management
    • Sport offense in Retail
