WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Footwear Product Line Management, and collaborates closely with the footwear triad and teams across Merchandising and Sales. The Product Line Manager II supports senior Product Line Managers by maintaining tools, analyzing sales data, coordinating samples, and driving cross-functional follow-through. Their work helps teams stay aligned and deliver relevant product for consumers across the EMEA marketplace.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The EMEA Local Creation Footwear team is looking for a Product Line Manager II who will contribute as an individual contributor. The successful candidate brings curiosity, a collaborative mindset, a commitment to learning, and an understanding of consumers to help shape clear, relevant product briefs.
Requirements:
Foundational experience in footwear product creation, merchandising, or a related field
Interest in sneakers and the culture of the athletic footwear industry
Foundational understanding of footwear construction and product storytelling
Understanding of EMEA consumers, the retail landscape, and wholesale partners
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple workstreams and timelines
Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships and collaborate across teams
Curiosity, proactive information-seeking skills, and a focus on delivering results
Presentation skills, with an interest in continuing to develop them
Analytical skills and a foundational understanding of retail KPIs and mathematics
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, and Miro, or the ability to learn comparable tools
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will focus primarily on Kids NSW (Lifestyle) footwear.
You will support and lead key aspects of the footwear product creation process in a collaborative, evolving environment.
Also, you will analyze retail sales and sell-in data and facilitate consumer groups to turn insights into action.
You will manage workflows from line planning and briefing through sell-in, creating and maintaining clear, compelling tools that support the business.
As the Product Line Manager II, you will partner closely with wholesale, design, development, and merchandising teams to create and land products tailored to consumers across Europe.
You will meet deadlines and contribute to team success by maintaining seasonal sales tools and accurate product information.
In addition, you will coordinate and manage product samples.
