WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

To stay at the top of our game, we’re looking for a Specialist – Selling & Service (3IC) who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!

You’ll partner with the Coach – Selling & Service to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.

Reporting into the Coach, you will:

  • Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
  • Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
  • Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
  • Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Your passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career
  • Your 1-2 years retail leadership experience with a focus on product and in store selling and customer service
  • Your strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Your sound computer proficiency
  • Your natural sense of urgency

For retail roles, you’ll complete an interactive assessment that includes a chat and quizzes and takes about 10-20 minutes to complete.  No matter the role, we want to learn about you – the whole you – so don’t shy away from how you approach world-class service and what makes you unique.

03 Interview
