WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Footwear Local Creation GC team. This role will provide administrative and operational support across Product Line Management, Product Development, Design, and broader team activities. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, anticipates needs, manages multiple priorities, and brings a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, visitors, team events, and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Footwear Product Line Management, Product Development, Design, and team leadership.
  • Prepare and organize agendas, presentations, meeting notes, reports, and team communications.
  • Support expenses, invoices, purchase requests, budget tracking, and other administrative processes.
  • Maintain team documents, distribution lists, organizational information, and confidential records.
  • Support onboarding, employee engagement activities, and other team operations.
  • Track follow-up actions and improve administrative processes to help the team operate effectively.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will partner with leaders and teammates across Footwear Product Line Management, Product Development, Design, and other Local Creation functions. You will also collaborate with HR, Finance, Workplace, IT, Travel, and other operational partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of administrative, team operations, executive assistant, or related experience.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders, handle confidential information, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
