WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Senior Assortment Planner works cross-functionally with Nike SKIMS Merchandising, Sport Business Planning, Marketplace Assortment Planning, Supply & Inventory Management, and the Sport Leadership Team. Together, these partners shape one EMEA Nike SKIMS Assortment Plan across Sport and Marketplace and provide a clear demand signal to Supply Planning and Sourcing.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate is an analytical, commercially minded planner who turns data into clear, decision-oriented plans. They bring strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of sport, product, and lifecycle management, and an understanding of marketplace segmentation. They can influence partners through data, balance revenue, margin, inventory, and product health, and work independently across an important part of the Sport Planning scope. They are comfortable driving day-to-day project activity, prioritizing workload and deliverables, and collaborating across functions and marketplace units. They win with consumers, achieve results, foster effective teamwork, value differences, know the business, and drive clarity and accountability.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and the ability to translate analytics into decision-oriented plans.

  • Knowledge of sport, product, and lifecycle management.

  • Commercial acumen and the ability to influence partners using data.

  • Marketplace and segmentation knowledge across channels and marketplace units.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and self-sufficiently, independently driving project activities and prioritizing deliverables.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will co-own the EMEA Nike SKIMS Assortment Plan across Sport and Marketplace, translating strategic and seasonal priorities into a clear demand signal. Working cross-functionally, you will optimize profitability, productivity, sales, margin, inventory, product health, and sport-centric consumer offerings.

  • You will manage Assortment Plan updates at key code gates from week 53 through in-season Responsive and Always Available planning, from Franchise or Product Family and channel or marketplace-unit level down to style-color for EMEA.

  • You will own Open-to-Buy plans and validate them through rolling Stock & Sales Plans to optimize sales, margin, inventory, and product health.

  • You will manage Franchise and Product Family health against global targets, support a pull market, define planning ownership with marketplace units, and complete the Assortment Plan outside marketplace-unit ownership for seasons 1 to 4.

  • You will define and manage allocations for globally constrained Franchises or Product Families and those selected for management by cross-functional Sport teams.

  • You will drive Responsive and Always Available plans for seasons 1 to 6, including proposing validated analytical forecasts, capturing marketplace-unit feedback, and completing forecasts while optimizing revenue and inventory.

  • You will collaborate with Merchandising, Nike Direct, Sales, Supply & Inventory Management, Sport teams, and marketplace units to optimize key seasonal Sport and Marketplace moments.

  • You will independently drive day-to-day project activities across an important part of the Sport Planning scope and prioritize your workload and deliverables.
