WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the EMEA Apparel Graphics Manager and partners closely with teammates across Apparel Design, Color Design, Footwear Design, Product Management, and Development. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced creative environment, they will helpshape narrative-driven graphic design across the Nike EMEA apparel portfolio, translating consumer insights, sport culture, and seasonaldirection into compelling product experiences.

You have a talent for using graphic design to create meaningful consumer connections through compelling narratives, brand identity, and visual storytelling. You are energized by bringing seasonal concepts to life and translating trends, insights, and cultural influences intopremium product graphics. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing creativity with execution, and working with agility in adynamic, consumer-focused environment.

What You Bring

  • A compelling design portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling, creative problem-solving, design process, and final executionacross multiple projects.
  • Experience creating consumer-focused graphic design solutions within an agency, brand, studio, freelance, or in-house creativeenvironment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong presentation, communication, collaboration, and narrative-development skills, with the ability to articulate creative visionand influence stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will help bring Nike’s seasonal apparel narratives to life through graphic design that resonates with athletes and consumers acrossEMEA. Leveraging storytelling, trend insights, and strong visual craft, you will create graphics and branding elements that elevate productcollections and strengthen Nike’s presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Create impactful graphics, branding elements, and storytelling systems that support seasonal and category product journeys.
  • Translate trend, consumer, cultural, and sport insights into relevant graphic design solutions for the EMEA marketplace.
  • Partner with Design, Product Management, and Development teams to ensure graphic concepts are executed at the highest quality.
  • Present concepts, storytelling frameworks, and design rationale clearly and effectively to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creativity, speed, quality, and business objectives.
  • Guide the development of prototype samples and support decisions around print techniques, trims, applications, and productionexecution.
  • Continuously explore emerging trends in sport, culture, fashion, typography, and graphic design to inspire innovative productstorytelling.
