WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in graphic, color, or product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating depth and progression.
- Strong understanding of footwear construction, tech packs, and schematic development
- Ability to translate consumer insights into clear visual storytelling
- Deep knowledge of EMEA consumer trends and cultural insights
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based design tools (3D/AI tools are a plus)
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Design unique, geo-specific graphics across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids footwear
- Define graphic direction aligned with color, material, and seasonal narratives
- Translate consumer and cultural insights into impactful design stories
- Partner with Product Management to create trend-right concepts
- Work with Development teams to refine design intent and prototype execution
- Build and deliver compelling presentations to internal teams and leadership
- Collaborate with Apparel teams to create cohesive head-to-toe expressions
