The Greater China Local Creation team creates inspiring product closer to the consumer. By deepening consumer connection and operating with speed and specificity, the team translates local sport, culture, style, and marketplace insights into product that resonates with consumers in GC.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced footwear product line management professional who is passionate about Nike, Greater China consumers, and locally relevant product. You will support assigned Nike footwear product lines by turning consumer and marketplace insights into product briefs, line plans, and clear cross-functional actions. You are organized, curious, product-obsessed, and comfortable working across multiple seasonal priorities.
We are looking for a footwear product leader who combines a deep understanding of Greater China consumers with strong product intuition, commercial judgment, and a passion for sport and culture. You will help turn local consumer insights into compelling footwear concepts and assortments that strengthen the Nike Brand and serve the marketplace with speed and specificity.
You bring curiosity, courage, clarity, and a collaborative mindset. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional partners, and balancing consumer relevance, creative ambition, business opportunity, and executional excellence. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Support seasonal line planning and product management for assigned Nike footwear franchises, consumer segments, or local opportunities.
Gather and synthesize consumer, marketplace, sport, style, color, material, and competitive insights to inform product briefs and recommendations.
Partner with Design and Product Development to track product creation, maintain alignment to the brief, and support decisions at key checkpoints.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Brand, and Marketplace partners to connect product details with franchise and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain accurate product information, pricing, lifecycle, cost and margin inputs, and calendar milestones in internal systems.
Prepare product presentations, recaps, and decision materials for internal and external meetings.
Monitor progress, flag risks, and coordinate follow-up actions to help deliver the line on time and with excellence.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Nike Footwear Product Line Management team for Local Creation GC and work closely with Footwear Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Marketplace, and global product partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
6+ years of relevant experience in footwear product management, merchandising, product creation, or a closely related field.
Working knowledge of footwear creation, product lifecycle management, line planning, and product storytelling.
Ability to gather consumer and market insights and translate them into clear product recommendations.
Strong product eye and interest in footwear trends, color, materials, sport, and culture.
Collaborative working style and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
Fluency in English and Chinese is strongly preferred.
