WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role works within Nike’s Global People Solutions team and partners closely with HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Employee Relations, Business HR, and cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA. The position leads and represents the EMEA People Solutions Advisory team, ensuring exceptional day-to-day service delivery while partnering with project and program teams to implement new HR policies, processes, and experiences. The role also collaborates with global and regional People Solutions leaders to drive consistency, operational excellence, and alignment with global standards.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The People Solutions Advisory Senior Manager (EMEA) is responsible for shaping how Nike teammates experience Tier 1 HR support across the region. This leader oversees a team of HR Advisors who guide teammates and leaders through critical moments in the employee journey, including policy and process guidance, benefits support, performance management, compensation inquiries, HR systems support, onboarding and offboarding, and other HR matters.
This leader partners across HR, including Global People Solutions, Centers of Excellence, and Business HR teams, to identify trends and insights across regional populations and influence the evolution of HR policies, processes, and programs. The focus is on delivering a seamless, consistent, and elevated experience for Nike teammates.

Ability to partner with the Global Advisory Leader to execute and adapt the HR Advisory strategy across EMEA while maintaining alignment with global standards.
Expertise in regional legal and regulatory requirements, with the ability to design and implement compliant processes and practices.
Strong coaching and talent development capabilities, with the ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions, solve problems, and drive innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Lead, coach, and empower a team of Supervisors and Advisors to deliver exceptional day-to-day HR support across policies, processes, programs, and projects.
Prepare and enable Global People Solutions teammates across EMEA to support new and evolving HR initiatives, policies, and programs.
Partner with HR leaders to continuously improve the teammate experience and advocate for enhancements to HR processes, policies, and service delivery models.
Analyze performance metrics, service trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
Provide People Solutions leadership with meaningful insights on service delivery performance, operational effectiveness, and regional trends.
Champion innovation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service excellence.
Build and cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on development, engagement, and the growth of future Nike HR leaders.
