WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will be part of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Partner team, reporting to the Senior Manager of NDDC Partner based in Korea. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Platform Partners in planning and executing action items alongside the NDDC Partner Squad. Additionally, you will work with other functional teams to address or resolve any issues related to platform business operations.

We are seeking a Partner Platform Leader who is ready to tackle the challenges of growing Nike Women’s business on one of Korea’s leading digital shopping platforms from the ground up. Candidates should be passionate learners and proactive doers with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to lead communications and action items.

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in business, planning, or analytics.
- Hands-on expertise in analytics, deriving useful insights, and applying findings, along with strong creative planning skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean, including meeting facilitation, strategic recommendations, and persuasive communication with internal teams and partners.
- Outstanding organizational and project leadership skills to balance attention to detail with the overall vision.
- A team player with experience collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
If this is you, you will be engaging in daily business operations with the following responsibilities:
- Lead daily communications with Third Party Platform (3PP) partners.
- Own Code gate processes (Go-To-Market).
- Plan and implement in-season business strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and 3PP partners.
- Analyze weekly business results, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and gather marketplace insights; key KPIs include demand and growth, market share, markdown percentage, and full price percentage.
- Monitor current business trends in the marketplace and develop action plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with 3PP partners and the marketing team to enhance consumer experience.
- Track and ensure seasonal readiness throughout the process.
