WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Senior Omni Channel Services Specialist will report to the Marketplace Operations Manager, and collaborate with Nike Marketplace Partners such as Planning, Merchandising, Consumer Finance, Logistics and Seasonal Plan among others.

As a team, we will provide support and service to the Marketplace Partners and Nike channels to serve Nike Consumers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Omni Channel Services Specialist is responsible for managing the order book and coordinating logistics activities to ensure the supply chain services for Nike Retail Partners. This role coordinates actions to ensure the Delivery plan while driving mutual growth and profitability, maximizing services, and optimizing order book productivity.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain, Operation planning and/or operations.

  •  Strong data analysis and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.

  • SAP/ERP experience and proficiency in Excel would be a plus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Senior Omni Channel Services Specialist is responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities to ensure the delivery target and implementing process improvement solution.

  • Build the seasonal strategic delivery plan using order information and inbound flow on a weekly, monthly, and seasonally timeline. 

  • Partner with S&OP and Nike squads to build the seasonal forecast and land on monthly/seasonal goals.

  • Ensure quality, timely and relevant information to monitor and improve performance KPIs to maximize service & drive business decisions.

  • Perform order management in the EPR system

  • Identify and provide initiatives that drive continuous process improvement through the integrated Supply Chain

  • Provide directions to the Distribution Centre to hit targets caring services and costs.

  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with Nike Squads and Customers, driving and improving operations KPIs relevant to stores such as launches, fill rate, and coverage.
