WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of professional experience in meeting and event planning, including hotel operations, catering, travel logistics, and onsite event management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level audiences while managing multiple high-visibility events simultaneously
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Box, Cvent, and Airtable
- Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon. This role is based onsite and is not eligible for remote work
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of seasonal sales meetings, Key Account Planning Meeting (KAPM) sessions, partner summits, and other strategic business events
- Build strong partnerships with Account Directors, Sport Sales Directors, Finance teams, and executive stakeholders to align event objectives, agendas, and attendee experiences
- Manage event logistics including registration, travel coordination, hotel sourcing, transportation, catering, offsite experiences, and attendee communications
- Own event budgets, monitor expenses, manage purchase orders, and partner with Finance teams to ensure fiscal responsibility and accuracy
- Provide hands-on onsite support, including badging, vendor management, production oversight, issue resolution, and executive support
- Drive process improvements by leveraging tools and technology to create more efficient, scalable, and repeatable event planning practices
- Simultaneously manage multiple events with varying timelines, stakeholder groups, and business objectives while maintaining a premium Nike experience for every participant
