WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a member of the Territory Leadership Team (TLT), this leader partners directly with the Territory VP/GM and senior leaders across Commercial, Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, HR and Operations. The role serves as the primary connector between Territory, Geography and Enterprise teams to drive alignment, accelerate decision-making and improve business performance.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will serve as the operational advisor to the Territory VP/GM and the Territory Leadership Team. You will shape the territory operations agenda, drive integrated planning and governance, and ensure operational readiness across the marketplace. You will help influence strategic decisions, strengthen the operating model and accelerate adoption of enterprise capabilities that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a member of the Territory Leadership Team, representing the operations agenda and providing integrated business insights to support strategic decisions.

  • Lead Integrated Business Execution (IBE) and facilitate development of the Integrated Territory Plan.

  • Drive seasonal planning and readiness through a consistent IBE/IBA process.

  • Partner with the VP/GM and Territory Leadership Team to align priorities, risks, opportunities and investments.

  • Shape and strengthen the Territory-EHQ operating model to enable faster, more integrated decision-making.

  • Lead operational governance, business performance reviews and execution tracking.

  • Act as the primary operational connector across Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial and Finance.

  • Drive adoption of enterprise capabilities, partner integration solutions and AI-enabled ways of working.

  • Influence senior stakeholders to align on trade-offs and actions required to deliver business results.

  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation and organizational readiness across the territory business.
