WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the East GC Retail Brand Marketing team and collaborate closely with City Marketing, Geo Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, EKIN, Merchandising, Nike Direct, Marketplace Partners, Retail Operations, and Consumer Insights teams.
Together, you will drive impactful retail experiences, localized storytelling, and consumer engagement across East GC.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strategic and consumer-focused retail marketer who is passionate about sport, culture, and retail experiences.
You'll bring:
5–8 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of retail marketing, consumer behavior, and marketplace trends.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to turn insights into actionable marketing plans and consumer experiences.
Deep knowledge of East GC consumers, retail landscape, and competitive environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Keynote and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Seasonal Retail Marketing
Lead the planning and execution of seasonal retail marketing programs across East GC.
Translate global and geo priorities into locally relevant retail experiences and storytelling.
Ensure premium and consistent brand expression across retail touchpoints.
City & Consumer Moments
Drive retail activations around key city, sport, and cultural moments.
Partner with City Marketing teams to create meaningful consumer connections through locally relevant experiences.
Lead end-to-end activation planning, execution, and evaluation.
Store Marketing
Develop marketing plans for priority stores, key business moments, and new store openings.
Identify opportunities to elevate consumer experiences and retail productivity.
Drive best practices and scalable solutions across the marketplace.
Consumer & Marketplace Insights
Monitor consumer trends, marketplace dynamics, and competitor activities.
Leverage insights to identify opportunities and strengthen marketing effectiveness.
Measure program performance and continuously optimize future initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with multiple teams to align priorities, timelines, and execution standards.
Act as a key retail marketing resource, providing recommendations and solutions to support business objectives.
