WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Fulfilled by Nike (FxN) team is part of Nike Digital Commerce and the wider Nike Direct Digital cross-functional organization. FxN is Fulfilled by Nike, our third-party marketplace and drop-ship model. You will report to the FxN Senior Manager, who sets the EMEA FxN strategy, owns the regional P&L, leads senior relationships across the full partner portfolio, and develops the team.
You will support multiple commercial leads across the FxN portfolio. You will work closely with Digital Operations, Digital Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Legal, Technology, Global Digital teams and strategic external marketplace partners. Your stakeholders will be spanned across multiple timezones. This is an individual-contributor leadership role with no direct reports.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a commercially minded digital commerce professional who combines strong analysis with disciplined execution. You can manage multiple priorities, build trusted working relationships, and translate performance signals into practical actions for Nike and its marketplace partners.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce, marketplace management, partner development, sales, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience using commercial data and KPIs to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and recommend actions.
- Experience coordinating projects or workstreams across several functions, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt messages for internal teams and external partners.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and not every answer is immediately available.
- A consumer-first mindset and enthusiasm for digital marketplaces, partner experiences, and operational improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
FxN is a key growth model within Nike Digital Direct Commerce. You will help grow strategic digital partnerships while improving how Nike and its partners serve consumers across the marketplace ecosystem.
- Monitor and support commercial performance across FxN accounts, maintaining a consolidated view of sales, profitability, service, and consumer KPIs.
- Prepare cross-account performance reviews, identify shared and account-specific risks and opportunities, and recommend concrete actions to account leads and the FxN Senior Manager.
- Support account growth plans and portfolio-wide priorities by coordinating inputs, timelines, decisions, and follow-up actions across account leads and partner teams.
- Coordinate cross-account performance and optimization activities with account leads, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Technology.
- Build effective working relationships across internal account teams and external partner contacts, serving as a reliable point of coordination for cross-account initiatives.
- Own defined portfolio-wide projects or workstreams from planning through delivery, clarifying milestones and accountabilities and escalating cross-account dependencies and risks early.
- Translate the Senior Manager’s EMEA strategy, business plans, and performance expectations into cross-account plans, dashboards, business-review materials, milestones, and measurable KPIs.
- Consolidate consumer, partner, competitive, and performance insights across accounts and turn them into recommendations that improve the FxN service and operating model.
- Champion accurate, timely, and consumer-focused execution while fostering ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and entrepreneurial thinking across the portfolio.
This role is open for applications until 12 November 2026. Please note that relocation is not offered for this position.
