WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with senior engineers, Finance and Procurement business partners, product managers, Various commodity platform owners and program stakeholders across Nike. You will support integration of various commodity tools like Tririga, Beeline, Legal tracker etc

You will collaborate with engineers across product squads and platform teams—including SAP ( AFS , S4/HANA ), indirect procurement systems—to support indirect procurement of various commodities and services.

You will learn from senior team members through pairing, documentation reviews, and guided troubleshooting while contributing to team delivery and operational support.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Software Engineer - II who is eager to build a career in indirect procurement technology with a focus on integration of multiple procurement platforms with SAP(AFS and S4/HANA). You will work on mapping integration of PO , PO acknowledgement, Invoice , Invoice acknowledgement , Remittance and remittance acknowledgment.

The ideal candidate has foundational understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, attention to detail, and experience in designing STM and developing interfaces with SAP from various external systems specifically in indirect procurement space.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Min 4 years of overall experience in software engineering, IT application support, or enterprise business systems, with exposure to indirect procurement or finance technology.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting integration for PO and non PO based invoices from various external systems to SAP (in Indirect procurement space).

  • Deep understanding of integration pattern (API , file based etc. ) along with expertise in mapping and target system behavior (SAP – AFS , S4/HANA).

  • Experience in working with cloud based integration tools like ( AWS , Azure , GCP , Kafka etc ) .

  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a Software Engineer - II on the Indirect Procurement Technology team, you will support Integration of PO , GR, Invoice and Remittance flow with SAP from various external procurement tools / platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Production support issues spanning across systems (typically integration issues).

  • Supporting new initiatives/Project by either developing new interfaces or modifying existing interfaces .

  • Partner with senior engineers, finance, and business teams to clarify audit requirements and ensure responses are complete and accurate.

  • Participate in testing and validation activities for Coupa changes, including regression support and documentation of test results.

  • Maintain clear documentation—including audit evidence logs, access review records, configuration change notes, and support procedures.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate progress, blockers, and risks to the team lead or senior engineer.
