As a Software Engineer within our Marketplace Technology EMEA team you will work within an engineering team partnering across technology and business functions.
Collaborating with engineers, architects, product leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver solutions that span multiple systems, technologies, and business processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are particularly interested in engineers who have experience working across multiple systems and technologies, designing end-to-end solutions, and leveraging modern AI capabilities both in software development practices and in business-facing solutions.
Success in this role requires adaptability, strong engineering fundamentals, and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems, processes, and business domains. Key Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience delivering production-grade software solutions across multiple systems and platforms
Strong understanding of end-to-end system design and business process flows
Experience contributing to solutions that span multiple applications, platforms, or business processes.
Experience with API-first architecture and service-oriented design principles
Understanding of cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
Uses AI-assisted engineering tools as a core part of the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, enhance decision-making, and drive engineering productivity.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and work effectively in ambiguous environments .
Possesses a founder's mindset, proactively identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving outcomes rather than operating as an order taker. Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and the ability to influence direction across both business and technology stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will design, build, and maintain solutions that improve how the business operates and how technology systems interact. You will work on a diverse portfolio of initiatives which may include:
Building integrations between enterprise platforms, SaaS applications, and internally developed systems
Designing and implementing automated business processes and workflows
Developing APIs, services, and event-driven solutions that enable data and process connectivity
Identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort through engineering and automation
Applying AI technologies to enhance business processes, decision support, and operational efficiency
Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions to address evolving business needs
Improving reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability across systems
Relocation support is not provided for this role.
