THE ROLE:

Nike GC Business Integration team will enable and serve the Sport-Led Offense by delivering operational excellence with a sharp focus on cross-functional integration, seasonal execution from Global to the sport led organization and holistic capabilities that integrate people, process, data and tools.

Reporting Line:

  • Direct report to Director, Code GC

Responsibilities:

Provides planning, support, research and advice to senior management in areas of communications, corporate and government affairs and strategic planning. Aligns objectives with human capital and financial resources. Translates business strategy to develop, implement, and maintain internal and external policies and programs to ensure that the firm is represented positively to the media, the general public, and stakeholders. Develops and defines tools, training, and processes in support of efficient process design

  • Integrate code across Nike, working across constructs and functions, that serve Sport and marketplace offense. Dedicated operations support for E2E code moments include: MAR/ X-SA/SCP-1,2,3/GGP/SMP/MR etc.

    • GC Code gates attendee list governance, on site management

    • SMP Vendor management including PO and Vendor SOW renew

  • Support holistic capabilities that integrate people, process, tools and data to continually redefine operational excellence.

  • Run GC Business Integration operating offense, involves

    • Coordinate Meeting Management (GCLT meetings, GCBI Meetings, Code Meetings)

    • Assist in organzing team events

    • Provide administrative support to GCBI Senior director to run team meetings, process administrative documents, including cost reports, expense reimbursements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor and above

  • Exceptional skills and the ability to drive process clarity, collaboration and accountability across Geo and Global functional teams.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity.

  • Understands and communicates fairly complex information specific to the position.

  • Creates standard work products which are reviewed by colleagues.

  • Supports the achievement of goals independently while simultaneously contributing to team performance.
