WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Director, Sportswear Specialty Korea and works with Sales, SNKRS, Merchandising, Marketing, and Marketplace Operations across Korea and APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America). The role also partners with key retail accounts to execute growth strategies that strengthen consumer engagement and improve QS (Quick Strike) and launch business performance.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a consumer-focused marketplace and operations professional with a passion for fashion, sneakers, and streetwear culture. They combine operational discipline, analytical thinking, and strong commercial judgment to turn sales data and marketplace trends into clear actions. They work effectively across teams and retail partners, manage detailed processes with accuracy, and communicate confidently in both Korean and English.


  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, retail management, or operations within the fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven experience implementing sales programs, logistics processes, and business operations.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, cultural movements, lifestyle trends, and men's and women's fashion, sneaker, and streetwear markets.
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to identify revenue and performance opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools, with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in Korean and English, with the ability to align and influence cross-functional teams and retail partners.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will manage QS and launch business across lifestyle and performance categories, bringing Nike innovation and energy to consumers and the marketplace. You will own end-to-end sales management for launch-focused accounts, coordinate seasonal product execution, strengthen retail partnerships, and use performance insights to improve future planning and allocation.


  • Manage the end-to-end seasonal QS product lifecycle, including unit allocation, call-off planning, shipment execution, and sales performance analysis.
  • Use seasonal results and marketplace insights to improve future forecasting and allocation strategies.
  • Generate qualitative and quantitative insights on QS product performance and consumer engagement to support product, merchandising, and marketplace decisions.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key retail accounts by aligning launch objectives, leading business planning, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and Marketplace Operations across Korea and GEO teams to deliver brand storytelling, consumer activations, and premium retail experiences.
  • Own seasonal planning, commercial execution, and business performance for launch-focused accounts.
