WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The EKIN team is part of the Retail Marketing organization, where Retail Brand, Visual Merchandising and EKINs all come together to Make Athlete Dreams Real. The EMEA Headquarters (EHQ) EKIN team serves as the strategic and operational backbone of the EMEA EKIN network, creating seasonal education plans, tools and experiences that support retail athletes across Nike's key sports.
You'll report directly to the EMEA EKIN Manager within the Retail Brand EKIN team. You'll be part of the Retail Marketing organization and collaborate daily with the EKIN Lead of Running, Football or Training, as well as other EHQ EKIN Specialists and Field EKIN Specialists. You'll also work closely with key strategic partners across Brand, Partner Marketing and Product Merchandising to inspire and develop the Firstline of retail.
Through a strong connection to the Global EKIN function, this role helps elevate the authenticity, consistency and impact of the EKIN model across EMEA.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a passionate storyteller, educator and brand advocate to join our team of EHQ EKIN Specialists.
EKINs are Nike's product and brand experts, helping bring our stories to life through education, inspiration and authentic connection. To be successful in this role, you'll bring a strong desire to learn more every day about Nike's history, present seasonal products and future innovations. An EKIN's ability to simplify detailed and often technical information into compelling, relatable stories is critical to creating meaningful connections with their audiences.
You'll be energized by helping others learn, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You'll be adaptable, organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while working across a variety of sports, initiatives and partners.
You'll bring:
- A genuine passion for sport, the Nike brand, and product design and innovation.
- An authentic connection to sport, with a particular interest in Running, Football and/or Training.
- Strong understanding of the Nike Sport Marketplace, the retail landscape and retail education.
- Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Experience in content creation and digital storytelling.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in your native language, including a confident grasp of English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and accountable.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach, gaining energy from interacting with others and working as part of a team.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You'll be part of the EHQ-based EKIN Team within Nike Retail Marketing, helping to serve as Nike's trusted voice to drive education, inspiration and connection across the Nike Sport Marketplace.
You'll:
- Deliver seasonal product innovation, sport and brand storytelling in a simple, relatable and inspirational manner.
- Focus on Nike's Ground Game-enabled sports: Running, Training and/or Football.
- Create seasonal education plans that leverage the EKIN Engagement Model and equip our Field EKIN teams with the knowledge and tools needed to execute Nike's Ground Game.
- Curate and elevate seasonal content guides to support specific product and sport education, tailoring them to the needs of the EMEA Marketplace.
- Partner with Field EKIN teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of seasonal education priorities across EMEA.
- Drive engaging learning experiences across multiple formats, including digital broadcasts, virtual sessions and immersive in-person experiences.
- Gather insights from the marketplace to help continuously improve education tools, content and athlete engagement.
