WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will be part of the Converse Western Europe technology team and will work very closely with the different Converse business teams, the global Converse technology teams, the Nike technology teams and also with different external technology partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a top-tier Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical management and optimization of multiple dropship accounts (a.k.a. Marketplaces) across Europe. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable systems, integrating third-party platforms, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple e-commerce channels.
Desired Experience and Technologies:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in e-commerce or logistics domains.
- Strong experience in middleware solutions for marketplace integration (e.g., Neteven or similar).
- Experience with CSV data processing, SFTP configurations, and automated data workflows.
- Expertise in PIM systems such as InRiver or equivalent.
- Familiarity with security protocols, including TLS, IP whitelisting, and MFA.
- Agile mindset and profound knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of dropship integration solutions to connect Converse with multiple third-party marketplaces (e.g., ASOS, Zalando).
- Ensure seamless integration of drop shipping platforms and marketplaces, automating workflows for order processing, inventory management, and customer communication.
- Technically Drive, lead and deliver against the Converse Dropship strategy and roadmap.
