We’re opening a brand-new NIKE store in Gliwice and we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead it from day one! This is more than managing a store. It’s a chance to build a team, shape the culture, create an inspiring consumer experience, and bring the NIKE spirit to life in a new location.

WHAT YOU DO
Lead the opening of our new NIKE store in Gliwice and help build the team from the ground up
Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment for our consumers
Build, lead, coach, and develop a diverse team while creating a strong and inclusive team culture
Drive store performance by managing budgets, operations, sales targets, service standards, and consumer satisfaction
Bring NIKE’s strategy to life in your store, including membership, digital services, sustainability, and consumer engagement
Ensure the store operates in line with NIKE standards, policies, and guidelines
Partner closely with other stores, field leadership, and HQ teams to deliver results and share best practices
Create an environment where every team member feels inspired, supported, and empowered to grow

WHAT YOU BRING
Previous experience in store management
Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management
A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best
Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations
Relocation support is not available for this role.
