WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role is part of NIKE's Information Technology team, supporting the warehouse management systems and connected technologies that power ELC operations. The supervisor reports to the manager and works closely with fellow supervisors, team members, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver reliable support and strong operational results.

  • A bachelor’s level of thinking or equivalent experience

  • Experience coordinating, coaching, or supervising a team

  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and resource planning skills

  • Clear communication skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English

  • Ability to work the schedule required for this role; no travel is expected

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead a technical support team that keeps ELC technology and warehouse operations moving. You will set priorities, coach team members, manage resources, strengthen operational continuity, and create a consistent customer experience.

  • Plan and oversee the team's daily activities, workload, and priorities

  • Allocate resources, remove obstacles, and track progress against priorities

  • Strengthen business continuity through emergency preparedness and recovery planning

  • Monitor performance and help the team meet Service Level Agreements

  • Bring practical insights to departmental planning, process improvement, and policy development

  • Partner with fellow supervisors and keep management informed of priorities, risks, and progress

  • Give team members clear direction, timely operational guidance, and constructive feedback during each shift

  • Ensure each shift handover is clear, accurate, and complete

  • Align actions and improvement initiatives with fellow shift leads

  • Build and sustain an inclusive, respectful, and positive work environment

  • Ensure the team follows established problem, incident, and change management processes
