WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will operate in a fast-moving, cross-functional and agile environment across EMEA, partnering with the teams that bring Nike’s marketplace to life. You will work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Logistics functions, carrier networks and wholesale customers; aligning priorities, solving business challenges and creating the operational momentum needed to serve athletes and consumers better. The role reports to Lead Logistics Inventory.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Supply Chain Team and support Nike’s marketplace engine for General Partners and Performance Authenticators MPU. You will turn operational complexity into seamless service, stronger consumer experiences and profitable growth by connecting data, partners and execution. We are looking for a great teammate who brings energy, ownership and a consumer-first mindset.
Experience in supply chain, allocation, planning and management of logistics processes in Retail/Consumer Goods.
Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
Financial acumen and order management knowledge.
Ability to partner across teams to improve service and execution.
Service mindset with a proactive, consumer-focused approach.
Self-starter who collaborates effectively across teams.
Strong digital skills, including MS Office and advanced Excel; SAP, Cognos and Tableau preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will turn marketplace priorities into strong operational execution, partnering across teams to deliver reliable service, improve supply chain performance and create better outcomes for customers and consumers. You will:
Your priority will be keeping the inventory in healthy level by executing logistics processes and marketplace readiness.
Manage seasonal order execution with speed, accuracy and confidence.
Partner with account, distribution and carrier teams to remove friction and deliver results.
Build trusted customer relationships through clear, responsive and solution-focused support.
Represent Operations in MPU discussions, applying a supply chain lens to marketplace decisions.
Use data and performance metrics to identify root causes and drive supply chain improvements.
Deliver service excellence across the account portfolio, improving reliability and visibility.
Support speed-to-market, consumer experience and operational efficiency initiatives.
Own key supply chain KPIs across service, cost, convenience and sustainability.
Drive continuous improvement through digital tools, best practices and analytical projects.
