WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will partner closely with the CaSA leadership and cross-functional teams to drive distributor-led growth across Nike Direct Digital 1P platforms and 3P model. You’ll work across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Tech, and LatAm/APLA functional leaders, aligning marketplace plans and execution across priority countries and key Sport Dimensions while strengthening relationships with distributor leadership.

They are comfortable working across different cultures and functions, bring analytics fluency to KPI management, and balance near-term marketplace needs with long-term trade-offs. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead and guide the distributor digital 1P and 3P business operations across multiple countries, ensuring strong strategic alignment and execution of Nike initiatives to improve consumer experience and deliver sustainable growth. You’ll set clarity on priorities, track performance through digital KPIs, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver the digital plan.
- Bring a premium digital consumer experience to life across the CaSA countries
- Unlock consumer demand and expand marketplace capacity
- Partner with internal and external teams on new digital capabilities, required resources and technology support
- Track and report business performance to senior leaders, make decisions and recommend actions
- Work on new websites and APPs launches in partnership with distributors and local vendors
- Drive the integrated 1P and 3P digital marketplace offense in partnership with Distributors
- Seek and implement innovative digital shopping experiences, aligned to Nike global standards and local regulations, maximizing long-term members value
