WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You report to the Senior Director Transportation Network Operations (TNO) and are a member of the European Logistics Campus leadership team. You work closely together with your peers in Transportation and Customs, Distribution, Marketplace Operations, Logistics Planning, Technology, Finance, Procurement, and external logistics partners across EMEA.
In this role, you lead a team of managers and experienced professionals who design, operate and continuously improve Nike’s transportation network.
You connect teams across the end-to-end value chain to make sure product flows to market in a safe, reliable, compliant and efficient way.

We are looking for a TNO Director to lead a large part of our European Logistics Network This is a unique opportunity to lead the Transportation Network Operations discipline and shape the future of Nike’s network across EMEA. You are accountable for translating Nike’s broader logistics and marketplace priorities into a clear transportation network strategy, ensuring stable and reliable performance today while defining the needs for tomorrow.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As TNO Director, you are accountable for the performance, design and continuous improvement of Nike’s transportation network across EMEA specifically our Southern region (France, Iberia, Italy, Greece, CEMEA and returns overall).
You ensure that the D2D network meets marketplace needs and enables product to flow safely, legally, reliably and efficiently. You lead the development and deployment of the transportation network strategy, making sure the right capabilities, partnerships, processes and resources are in place to support Nike’s growth plans and evolving consumer expectations.
You are responsible for setting goals with far-reaching impact, managing network performance against relevant KPIs and driving improvements in resilience, efficiency, service and compliance. Together with your team, you design and implement roadmaps for transportation technology adoption, process optimization and performance improvement. You manage budgets, support procurement processes, strengthen vendor and authority relationships and make timely decisions in a complex matrix environment.
In this role, you actively contribute to the broader ELC and Transportation leadership agenda. You develop managers and experienced professionals, support talent planning and create the conditions for teams to perform at their best. You continuously strengthen Nike’s culture in Operations by leading with an athlete mindset, acting like an owner and inspiring others to seek better every day.
