WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This position is in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role you’ll be working closely with Indonesia manufacture partner business teams, along with Nike cross functional teams in WHQ and Asia including Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Manufacture Engineering, Material, Product Development, and Logistics teams.

You will work alongside other DCAs in Indonesia office and other Asia locations to carry out seasonal global supply and capacity plan. You will report to Delivery & Capacity Manager in Indonesia in support of partners' delivery excellence and other priorities aligning to greater organizational strategy.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Delivery & Capacity Analyst who is a proactive problem solver with the ability to deal with ambiguity. You have excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders, proven ability to work cross-functionally, and the ability influence across different cultures. Knowledge of manufacturing operation and production planning is preferrable.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain or a related field
• 5+ years' work experience in supply chain or related capacity in a manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods industry
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and resolve conflict by effectively interface and develop partnership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to see opportunity and generate solutions
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation and urgency
• Fluent verbal and written English language ability
• Mid to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Database query tools (Tableau, Access, PowerBI)
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and drive
• Strong communication skills, excellent influencing and storytelling skills is a plus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Senior Delivery & Capacity Analyst (DCA), you will:

• Drive execution of Nike's supply plans across assigned manufacturing partners to support optimized and on-time delivery.

• Analyze capacity utilization, sourcing plans, and supply plans to identify risks and opportunities.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and factory partners to proactively resolve supply and delivery challenges (prior or during thePO execution).

• Conduct root cause analysis on delivery and performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.

• Monitor and review factory output and on-time delivery performance against business objectives.

• Support supply chain projects and strategic initiatives that improve agility, efficiency, and operational excellence.

• Leverage data and analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Access) to generate insights and drive informed decision-making.
