WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As part of the Retail Brand team for Germany & Nordics, this role sits within the Integrated Retail team and reports to the Manager, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand Germany & Nordics. You’ll partner closely with Territory VM&S and EKIN teams, Brand Management, Nike Direct, Sales, and EMEA Retail Brand, Experience, Creative, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to deliver impactful retail experiences.

We’re looking for a passionate brand marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and brings energy, curiosity, and a growth mindset to everything they do. You have a strong connection to sport and sport culture and understand how compelling consumer stories come to life across omni‑channel retail. You’re confident leading through influence, collaborating across functions, and translating strategy into standout retail experiences that scale across Nike Direct and wholesale partners.
With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you balance creativity with operational excellence ensuring ideas land with impact in store, in market, and with partners. A solid understanding of football culture is highly valued and helps you create authentic, relevant consumer moments that resonate locally while staying true to Nike’s global brand vision.
You bring:
- Ability to adapt GEO strategies to local market needs
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions
- Experience managing budgets and tracking execution
- A knack for storytelling and creating impactful consumer experiences
- A solid grasp of football and football culture is highly appreciated
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead integrated retail marketing campaigns and activations across Nike Direct and wholesale partners, ensuring every consumer touchpoint reflects Nike’s priorities in sport and sport culture driven by innovation, athletes, and key sport moments.
You will:
- Develop and execute seasonal retail brand briefs and campaigns
- Lead retail programming and activations across Nike Direct and partner stores
- Drive window and in‑store zone strategies that elevate brand distinction
- Manage multi‑brand retail campaigns with key marketplace partners
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure flawless execution end‑to‑end
- Track seasonal budgets and partner with Account Marketing on spend
- Ensure alignment with Nike brand standards across all retail channels
