WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Regional Logistics team shapes the end-to-end logistics agenda for South East Asia and India (SEA&I) —balancing bold network strategy with precise, dependable execution. The Director reports to the Senior Director, Supply Chain SEA&I, leads two direct reports, and partners across country operations, WHQ teams, Marketplace Supply Chain, planning, commercial functions, and 3PL providers to drive impact at scale.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a leader who elevates the SEA&I logistics network, someone who operates 70% in strategy, 30% in operations, and 100% with purpose. This leader sees what’s ahead and articulates a clear, inspiring path toward a modern, digital-first, cost‑efficient logistics ecosystem. They bring deep functional command, influence across borders, and the confidence to challenge convention. They build strong partnerships with 3PLs, sharpen performance, and move with urgency and clarity the marketplace demands. They also lead with intention—developing talent, strengthening collaboration, and raising the bar on execution, quality, and innovation.
They should bring:
10+ years of experience across logistics and supply chain; experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and external partners at a strategic level.
Demonstrated experience shaping transformation roadmaps and building strong 3PL partnerships.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and people‑leadership skills.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will set the direction for SEA&I’s logistics future—owning strategy, elevating operational capabilities, and strengthening partnerships across markets. You’ll lead the network toward faster, smarter, more resilient performance while enabling teams to deliver with confidence every day.
In this role, you will:
Shape the long‑term strategy for transportation, warehousing, capacity planning, network expansion, and 3PL contracting across SEA&I.
Lead activation of new capabilities, expansions, and upgrades—owning program governance, budgets, business cases, and cross‑functional alignment.
Modernize distribution center operations by championing automation, robotics, process redesign, and digital‑first solutions that boost speed, accuracy, and sustainability.
Oversee inbound transportation and manage customs and regulatory complexity across markets such as India and Indonesia, building resilience and responsiveness.
Drive executional excellence by monitoring network KPIs, partnering closely with country teams, and unblocking challenges across the region.
Own regional logistics cost and CPU performance—partnering with finance and markets to drive productivity, optimize portfolio mix, and deliver annual savings.
Strengthen 3PL partnerships through strategic alignment, performance management (including QBRs), contract renewals, and regional center‑of‑excellence initiatives.
Lead rapid response to incidents and quality issues—protecting the consumer experience with decisive action and clear communication.
Build team capability and evolve operating models across regional and country teams, standardizing reviews and shaping a culture of inclusive leadership and continuous improvement.
