You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or brand experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Experience working within wholesale or partner‑driven retail environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to work in Beaverton, OR
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead visual merchandising and styling strategy for assigned wholesale partners
- Translate seasonal brand narratives into partner‑specific visual direction and executional guidance
- Create retail briefs, directives, and seasonal playbooks that fuel consistent, brand‑right experiences
- Collaborate with Sales, Integrated Retail Marketing, Brand, Styling, Product, and Operations teams to align assortments, fixtures, and timelines
- Serve as the primary visual merchandising contact for key partner accounts, building strong relationships with partner retail teams
- Lead internal teammates and external agencies, establishing ways of working, visit models, and communication rhythms
- Evaluate execution quality through store visits, reporting, and partner feedback—and drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and execution models
