WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a senior Training Captain with strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and deep training expertise to elevate the athlete and consumer experience across LATAM.

This role has a regional, multi-channel scope and plays a critical role in connecting retail execution with Nike Athlete Experience (NAX) priorities. The Training Captain will act as a training expert, change leader, and strategic partner, ensuring teams are trained, prepared, and confident to deliver premium service, operational excellence and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate demonstrates autonomy, analytical thinking and the ability to influence across stores, field leadership and corporate partners, while consistently raising training standards across different channels.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role, you will strategically execute the LATAM training strategy defined by the GEO and territory, translating it into clear, consistent, and high‑impact training experiences across all retail channels. You will operationalize seasonal priorities, onboarding moments, and training initiatives to ensure athletes are prepared to deliver premium service, strong operational execution, and product knowledge aligned to Nike Athlete Experience (NAX).

You will partner closely with Field Leaders, Store Leaders, and In‑Store Trainers to activate training plans in stores, acting as a trusted expert who brings structure, clarity, and energy to execution.

Through store visits, Train‑the‑Trainer experiences, and ongoing coaching, you will reinforce standards, assess training effectiveness, and share insights with Field Leadership and Geography partners to continuously elevate execution, service, and athlete readiness across the territory.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work cross‑functionally with Retail Leadership, Field Teams, Geography Training, Operations, and Corporate Partners, directly supporting retail stores across the territory.

This role is part of the Nike Athlete Experience (NAX) team and, at the same time, operates as an integral member of the Retail Operations & Services ecosystem, serving as a bridge between store execution, service excellence, and enterprise strategy.
