This role is primarily responsible for identifying and scouting young, high‑potential athletes, with a strong focus on sprinting events. The position requires evaluating and selecting suitable talent portfolios, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating endorsement contracts on behalf of NIKE.
In addition, the role supports existing provincial teams and aims to elevate partnership levels across the ecosystem. The position is also accountable for planning and developing junior training camps in collaboration with strategic partners.

Director, Sports Marketing, Running & Sport Performance, GC
Job Responsibility:
· Identify and scout emerging sprinting talents with strong competitive potential.
· Manage day‑to‑day product servicing for contracted athletes and teams, including product ordering, inbound coordination, system call‑offs, and timely release of aged inventory.
· Manage and service a portfolio of individual and team endorsements, focusing on securing, signing, and optimizing partnerships.
· Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to support strategic objectives
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
· Strong expertise in Track & Field, especially in athlete scouting.
· Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
· Proficient in Keynote, Excel, and Word, with excellent presentation capabilities.
· Strong communication skills and ability to navigate and support organizational change; eager to learn and grow
Experience Required (Soft skills):
- Solid knowledge of the sports industry, with a preference for experience in innovation related to spikes.
- Background in client service or sports agency operations is preferred.
- Deep passion for Track & Field and running; strong curiosity and ongoing interest in endurance‑related fields such as sports science and nutrition.
