The Showroom Operation Specialist is part of the Go To Market team, supporting EMEA in enabling the future of one Nike Marketplace through innovation, digital enablement, and process quality. Together, we drive the GTM future to better serve athletes*, operating as one coordinated team across four key sub‑functions: Digital Content & Samples, Experience, Account Engagement and Code, and Showroom.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone to join the showroom team, who’ll support the EHQ showroom strategy and the management of how the different stakeholders use those spaces, from improving process and operations, identify synergies across EMEA showrooms and translating showroom needs into executable plans, as part of our strategy to elevate the experience provided to our main partners, internal users and ultimately, to our consumers.

  • Service minded: You ensure every event runs smoothly & house rules are maintained to keep spaces premium.

  • Technology Expertise: You are comfortable with Airtable and not afraid of learning deep on Airtable logic

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Support the execution of the showroom strategy by improving process efficiency, optimizing operations, and leading the delivery of the Sport experience across showrooms.

  • Identify and implement the right operating model for EHQ showrooms, translating the needs of different spaces into effective execution models and driving synergies across the EMEA marketplace.

  • Execute and continuously improve showroom processes and operations, including schedule and booking management, showroom set‑ups, sample flow coordination, and day‑to‑day operational support.

  • Translate Nike seasonal strategy into impactful showroom executions that enhance the sell‑in experience, from physical initiatives (e.g. footwear walls) to piloting new technologies that support showroom digitalization.

  • Act as the voice and ears of the showrooms, ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders, gathering feedback, and converting insights into actionable improvement plans.

  • Train relevant stakeholders on showroom processes and ensure consistent adherence to established guidelines and ways of working.

  • Support code gate executions such as GTM, SKOs, and SPA, identifying and activating synergies between these moments and the showrooms.
