Training & Kids Sports Sales serves as a critical bridge between the Sports team and the Account team, fully supporting the Nike Sports Offense Strategy.

With deep market insights, we engage heavily in pre-season product channel planning, identify market trends, collaborate closely with account teams to deliver professional services, and drive business growth and market share expansion.

What you will work on

  • Collaborate with Sports Merch/MKT/Planning and Account Management teams to drive seasonal business growth.

  • Participate in pre-season product channel planning.  

  • Support the full process of partner sell-in process.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of in-season product sales performance.

  • Handle daily product sales and operation work.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong in communication and problem solving

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; equivalent education, experience and training will be considered.

  • Ability to embrace change, act with courage, build trust, think strategically, communicate vision and foster effective teamwork.

  • Experience in buying, retail planning, merchandising or sales in athletic apparel, footwear, or related industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Experience in analyzing retail metrics to optimize sales and inventory.
