WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Jordan Account Executive will join the Pacific team, reporting to the APLA Jordan Marketplace Partners Director (based at World HQ). They’ll collaborate closely with the APLA Jordan CFOP teams and Pacific partners, working cross-functionally to drive Jordan’s marketplace strategy across the region.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Account Executive to lead Jordan brand partnerships across the Pacific region. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong commercial acumen, deep marketplace insight, and a passion for sports culture. They bring a proven ability to manage complex partner relationships, drive sell-in and sell-through performance, and deliver compelling product and brand presentations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and can translate strategy into action with precision and impact.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, retail buying, or business planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sports, athletic industry trends, and team merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to analyse financial data and build seasonal forecasts.
  • This role is based in Melbourne, VIC.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead Jordan’s Go-To-Market strategy across Pacific partners, managing seasonal planning, sell-in and sell-through execution, and elevating retail experiences. You’ll be the primary contact for all Jordan-related matters, driving growth through strategic account management and collaborative planning.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Execute seasonal product presentations and support sell-through initiatives.
  • Develop accurate seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
  • Coordinate timely order submissions, tracking, and retail launch details.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful partner experiences.
  • Drive growth opportunities and scale best-in-class retail elevation.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product changes to inform strategy.
