SALES REP, KEY SPORTS PARTNERS

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, the Partner Rep will report to the Key Sports Manager and be a part of the larger Key Sports sales team in France. This role will work closely with several cross functional teams within Nike such as planning, marketing, merchandising, finance and operations to ensure seamless execution of Nike’s sales strategy.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Partner Rep will be at the epicentre of our “win on the ground” strategy.
You will identify business opportunities with our Key Sports partners on the ground to maximize revenue and gain market shares. You will develop a strong relationship with our focus partners doors.
You will also drive the day-to-day partner management with few Access Partners.
• Open to travel in France 2-3 days a week.
• 3-5 years overall business experience that includes account management, retail buying or merchandising.
• Experience in sales is highly preferred, strong working knowledge of sports, the athletics industry & trends in the marketplace
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven teamwork ability toward developing and maintaining collaborative relationships across teams, functions and organisational layers.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Partner Rep, you will ensure that our Key Sports Partners offer in stores the right and relevant assortment for our consumers, display our products in the best possible way and deliver high quality product education to their staff.
• You will identify product opportunities to optimize Nike sales.
• You will drive sell through by preparing and delivering educational platforms for store staff, in coordination with Partner Executives.
• You will support retail elevation projects across our market and find ways to leverage best in class practices.
• You will collaborate with retail marketing teams to maximize sport moments and product stories to unlock commercial opportunities.
