WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll report to the Manager, NSO Assortment Planning, Korea, and collaborate closely with the Territory Planning team. Your key partners will include the NSO Planning team and cross-functional NSO teams such as SDSM (Store District Senior Manager), Store, MSC (Marketplace Supply Chain), Inbound, and CSC (Customer Service Center).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking an NSO Allocator who thrives on data and detail, with a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills. You’ll need to be a clear communicator who can build trust and influence across teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in related study of the role
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of retail math and inventory principles
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing customer behavior, competitor activity, and retail trends; familiarity with the sports apparel and footwear market is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, spreadsheet creation)
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to partner across functions and engage senior leadership
  • Native Korean speaker; fluent in English

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll drive territory allocation and assortment planning for NSO, aligning with financial and inventory goals. Your work will include trend analysis, order execution, inventory optimization, and delivery tracking. You’ll also support store clustering strategies and guide defect handling processes.

  • Execute territory allocation plans to meet financial targets, inventory levels, and assortment distribution strategies
  • Analyze in-season business trends (e.g., sales, store on-hand, warehouse stock, ship-in)
  • Define assortment breadth and depth with appropriate size scaling
  • Maintain fleet tiering, clustering, and category strength plans in alignment with the Location Planner
  • Ensure timely order execution, delivery tracking, and replenishment
  • Identify and resolve inventory issues to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Provide guidance to stores on handling defective/B-grade goods
