WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As our Business Planning Finance Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional partners, bringing to bear their functional expertise to identify risks & opportunities for delivering increasingly more profitable growth in the business.
Being a key business partner on a cross-functional team, you will provide insights that drive actions and impact the business. You will need to demonstrate strong financial discernment, a team attitude, a can-do mentality, a strong analytical skills, and the ability to take analytical insights and translate these into clear and simple action items and recommendations.
4+ years directly meaningful work experience; a confirmed expertise in financial planning and analysis in an international environment. Knowledge of Accounting and US GAAP is a plus
Ability to deliver results against tight and sophisticated timelines, navigate large amounts of information and “connect the dots” from various data sources and collaborators
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate sophisticated concepts and ideas in a simple way and influence collaborators across the organization
Strong analytical skills and strategic attitude
Team player attitude, proven positive energy, confidence, integrity, and passion for the Brand
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
SAP/Tableau knowledge is strongly preferred
Highly competent using excel
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Supporting financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain budget as well and Demand Creation and Operational Overhead to generate plans that incorporate strategic business plan objectives and appropriate assumptions
Supporting in the continuous development of business reports and reporting processes to ensure we are reporting and analyzing relevant KPIs
Driving continuous improvement of our processes and systems allowing us to gain a better understanding of our actual performance and drive efficiency
Performing profitability and investment analysis on short- and long-term business opportunities that aid in the decision-making process and help improve profitability
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The role reports into the Director, Finance Business Planning, LATAM, and will work directly with the Supply Chain team, cross-functional stakeholders and Finance teams.
