Analyst, Supply Chain Trading Company 
 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You are part of a team of supply chain and data management analysts, reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Trading. You will partner closely with the Senior Analyst on the team to support Geography (GEO) teams and factories in resolving systematic issues that disrupt the flow of orders, shipments, invoices and payment. Often, these processes may extend to other cross functional trading company domain experts like Process Center of Expertise (CoE), Capability, Finance, Treasury and Controls & Compliance teams. There will also be active partnership with technical and automation CoEs in World Headquarters (WHQ) as well as regional support centres to evolve more seamless and touchless processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A Supply Chain Analyst who is charged to enforce the compliance of trading company system processes to the physical flow of goods, orders and invoices. This person is perceptive to systematic outages and data errors, always alert to anomalies that may displace established processes. They are efficient in identifying gaps, proactive with their observations and relentless in the pursuit of issue resolution. In their quest to deliver results and meet goals, they are independent and resourceful yet, versatile and effortless working across team. They prize lasting relationships, always nurturing bonds to better scale that next challenge together.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or related capacity in a manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, preferably or related area.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management System with specific proficiency in SAP Material Management and Sales Distribution modules.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office expected.

  • Practical knowledge and development experience in data warehousing (Databricks Lakehouse, Teradata), data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) and other productivity tools such as Smartsheet will be a strong advantage

  • Team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, with strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness and drive. A ready mindset for continual process improvement and automation


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will accumulate in-depth knowledge of Trading Company’s buysell processes and its partners, helping to resolve system-centric and data errors to ensure seamless trading company’s supply chain processes in SAP. This role will require you to be vigilant to changes of trading company operating processes with GEOs and factories, to pre-empt risks to any non-compliance to established processes. Expectedly, you will be hands-on SAP, providing first level production support to partners, deliver large set data reports for analysis and contributing to complex exception resolution. You are part of a cross disciplined team of analysts and can be assigned to adhoc assignments to coordinate projects. In the team, we look for forward to your growth and contribution in the following:

  • Familiarize and evolve - Stay updated with the Trading Company processes and systems changes. 

  • Master the fundamentals– Be responsive to requests/issues to responsibilities in assigned role. 

  • Conduct impact reviews - Assess contingencies, control points and performance indicators.

  • Develop data-driven insights – utilize data analytics tools to extract and analyze supply chain operations data, drive the development of operational metrics 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – engage with teammates, partners and stakeholders to drive exception resolution and process improvements.

  • Contribute to audits – Partake and contribute in annual audits.

  • Organized documentation – Maintain an organized system for workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), controls.
