WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Based in Paris, you will be part of the Paris Key City and French Territory Marketing team.
This team will be accountable for:
Bringing our Consumer Fields of Play to life in the city through key relationships with the faces (individuals and communities) & places that matter most to dimensionalize Running, Training, Football, and Sportswear, leveraging our on-the-ground connectivity to youth, sport & culture
Amplifying our Concept Map through complementary executions on the ground that build off Global-Geo campaigns (eg. through pinnacle activations)
Ensuring our marketplace on the ground in France, and especially in Paris, shows up as pinnacle and sharply connected to our Field of Play visions
Fuelling our global engine with sharp, relevant consumer insights that can scale
You will sit within the Marketing Operations function, working fluidly across the Brand Marketing team as well as with key partners such as Finance. You will work cross-functionally, driving organization and efficiency while building relationships to fuel overall creative output in sport and culture. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the team will also consist of another Associate and a Specialist.

Essential Requirements:
Demonstrable interest in youth culture, and in working in an operations functional capacity
Strong communication and organizational skills
A desire and willingness to adapt in an agile manner to both consumer and organizational needs to deepen our relationships with members
Experience with NIKE product systems is an advantage
Proficiency in French and English
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Associate, Marketing Operations, you will be a part of the Paris/France Brand Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Manager, Paris/France. Your core duties will include:
Operations:
Build strong relationships with Energy and Brand Management teams to deliver clear product status updates and gain a solid understanding of the broader marketing team structure.
Work with leaders across the Paris/France marketing organization on efficient budget management, including support with Purchase Orders.
Provide product management support to the broader marketing team, with a focus on the Energy & Brand Management teams.
• Create and track sales orders to ensure the teams meet seeding timelines, as well as manage the receipt and unpacking of incoming product orders.
Work with the Marketing Operations Manager on Seasonal planning process across the wider marketing team, attending and organizing key milestones during campaign planning.
Room 72 (space where we host external talent and events):
Support the Specialist in scheduling and coordinating all meetings held in Room 72, ensuring the space remains both premium and inspirational.
Support inventory system management to facilitate product tracking, distribution, and release from both Room 72 and the warehouse.
Organize product pick-ups and delivery of products to Relationships.
