Job Title: Assortment Planner II, Mens Running/Training NSP, GC
Overview of the Job: The role focuses on optimizing consumer demand and supply to drive profitable growth and inventory productivity for GC Men’s Running/Training in the NSP channel. Planner will build seasonal product investment plans and strategies that align with financial targets and the brand vision, playing a key role in cross-functional collaboration to ensure the team adapts to retail speed.

- Consumer Merch
- Store Merch
Job Responsibility:
- Develop a strategic framework for seasonal product investment planning.
- Lead Men’s Running/Training buy strategy by reconciling topline financials, brand roadmap, assortment strategy, and marketplace capacity with bottom-up investment.
- Align plans with input and collaboration from key stakeholders, including CFOP GM and the Merchandising team.
- Continuously monitor product performance and optimize future season inventory and investment based on the latest trends.
- Analyze product performance, including sell-through rates, color performance, and SKU productivity.
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
- Buying, Planning, Assortment Planning experience with apparel / footwear
- Comprehensive understanding of retail math
- Experience in developing an understanding of consumers, competitors, and retail trends
- Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel
- Product Knowledge
