WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Assortment Planning Manager Jordan works within the Nike Direct Jordan Planning team, partnering closely with the Jordan GM for Nike Direct, Merchandising, Business Planning, and the Jordan Sport team. The role connects cross-functionally with stakeholders across EMEA Direct leadership, Marketplace, Finance, Consumer Planning, and Franchise/Owned channels, influencing seasonal and multi-season strategy for the Jordan brand. The role manages direct reports within the Jordan ND planning function and collaborates widely across planning and other x functional teams.

Extensive experience in multi-season assortment planning within fashion or sport retail (brick & mortar and digital).
Demonstrated leadership experience in driving and inspiring diverse teams
Strong analytical skills with experience in retail trends, reporting tools, and marketplace metrics.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing abilities.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead and evolve the Jordan ND assortment planning process, driving clarity, optimizing plans, and enabling the Jordan offense to deliver a consumer-focused product strategy across EMEA. You’ll combine analytics, business insights, and cross-functional partnership to deliver seasonal plans that fuel brand growth and marketplace excellence. In this role, you will:
Lead the Jordan ND planning team. Lead and coach direct reports to cultivate empowerment, curiosity, positivity, and ongoing growth.
Enable a balanced, profitable product mix across channels by optimizing revenue, margin, and inventory while focusing on Franchise/household penetration.
Convert in-season performance insights into action plans to drive additional business and mitigate risks.
Understand and leverage the Jordan Assortment Planning strategy and seasonal playbooks.
Steward planning for NSP using guidelines for Franchise/Household Profiles, ensuring Jordan seasonal business objectives are delivered.
Maintain a rolling Stock & Sales Plan aligned with Franchise & Owned distribution teams.
Communicate clearly with Nike Direct Leadership and stakeholders on performance, COPD insights, risks/opportunities, and strategic decision points.
Ensure multi-season channel plans for Jordan are always up-to-date and enable premium execution across EMEA.
Represent Jordan in weekly channel trade meetings and leadership touchpoints.
Champion continuous improvement through new tools, analytics, and planning best practices.
