主要职位职责
- 协助顾客选择和购买产品。
- 协助顾客获取产品资料。
- 保持商店整洁美观、备货、协助商店清洁工作
- 主动学习，增加顾客服务、零售数学、产品知识以及耐克具体零售政策和程序等零售基本原理和专业知识。
- 履行分配的其他职责，包括但不限于：处理到货、为产品标明价格或者贴标签、进行实际存货检查和进行商品美观陈列。
- 主动提供顾客服务以协助预防损失工作。了解入店行窃或者内部偷窃的预警征兆，即时向主管报告可疑活动。

- 对目前就读于高中的求职者不做文凭要求。
体力工作要求
- 一般零售和分销：在履行工作职责时，员工可能被要求进行各种各样体力工作，这些工作通常是基本的、重复的和日常性质的工作。除了要求员工走动、弯腰、跪下、蹲下、进行推或者拉之外，还可能要求员工长时间坐着或者站立。可能经常要求员工用手和胳膊够东西、用手或者手指接触、搬运或者感觉中小尺寸物品和包装，要求员工能举起20公斤的东西。可能要求员工区分颜色和形状，需要足够的视觉灵敏度来识别各种类型的产品，也可能要求员工进行零售商店的陈列、搬运存货或者处理其他与零售有关的工作。
